I wasn't aware they made a video for this song. Definitely one of his best solo attempts. The song has a cool beat with some nice lyrics and it proves just why Dizzee was the God of the UK Grime scene. I forgot how talented the guy was in his early days. The rest of them are 5 years behind this guy. So basically, in terms of technological progression, He's China... N-Dubz are Kazakhstan. Despite the song being good, the version from his album is a lot better. Jeanine Jacques is annoying as it's obvious she's putting on a accent and showing how fake she is.
The song from 2:30 is called "Vexed" from the same album. "Vexed" was a bonus track from the American release, so if you haven't heard of the song, that's probably why. IMO, I think Vexed's beat is a little better, but both songs are pretty tight. This sort of tune is what Dizzee should still be doing, I mean the stuff he's done more recently has been good, but it's nothing compared to these classics. Anyways, despite Dizzee being amazing, his music videos are really sub par, as he really needs to have a creative director that matches him.
Fun Fact: "I Luv U" is actually the first song Dizzee wrote and produced, when as a 15 year old, his teacher noticed how into music he was and gave him permission to use the school computer labs to work.
