DID HE TRY TO KILL HIMSELF? |

A rumor is swirling that World Wrestling Entertainment star Randy Orton attempted suicide within the last year. Very well-placed wrestling sources tell me that the rumor is true. In the wake of the June murder-suicide of Chris Benoit and the scandal involving scads of WWE performers who ordered steroids and human growth hormone from the Internet gray-market dealer Signature Pharmacy, this is serious stuff.
It’s already clear that WWE’s response to the Signature revelations — generated by the district attorney in Albany, New York, and reported by Sports Illustrated and others — is a joke. Some vague number of the miscreant wrestlers, not named, were “suspended,” but the suspension appears to have consisted of simply being downgraded for a few weeks in TV storylines.
From the same evidence, Randy Orton was not touched at all. That is more than a little strange. Orton’s Signature Pharmacy order marked, at the very least, his second “strike” under WWE’s so-called wellness policy, which would have called for a 60-day (rather than a 30-day) suspension.
The suicide whispers mark the problem as more than a game of “gotcha” or even taste (Orton acquired the gimmick “Legend Killer” after WWE blithely turned Eddie Guerrero’s 2005 death into just another “angle”). It’s a matter of life and death.
Orton, 27, is a third-generation wrestler. He is engaged to marry Samantha Speno, a part-time gymnastics teacher, this fall. Last year Randy and Samantha moved into a country-club estate in High Ridge, Missouri (suburban St. Louis), complete with a gym, a hot tub, and four decks.
Over to you, WWE.
Irvin Muchnick
"(Orton acquired the gimmick “Legend Killer” after WWE blithely turned Eddie Guerrero’s 2005 death into just another “angle”)."
Umm, no he didn't. He got it in June of 2003 after throwing Mick Foley down some stairs.
But hey, maybe the reason Randy couldn't of killed himself is becuse he only kills legends, not overpushed stumblebums. |

PERSON FALLS AND DIES |

Person attending Smackdown event falls and dies
ATLANTA -- A person attending a WWE wrestling event at Philips Arena on Tuesday fell from a walking ramp and died, police said.
The accident happened just before midnight. Police said the victim had a ticket to the WWE “Smackdown” television taping that took place earlier in the evening. Police did not release the person’s name.
The guy's obviously a pussy. Mankind fell off a cage and STILL came back and interfered later in the night. Hell, Owen could have easily survived his plunge...if he wasn't so great at selling. It's that old school mentality you just don't see from guys today who think they're too good to die from a traumatic 80 foot plunge. Amateurs. Or something. |

As first reported by WWE Mobile Alerts, WWE has come to terms on the release of ECW Superstar Marcus Cor Von as of September 19. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.
R.I.P. Cor Von's Theme Song
2007 - 2007
Sandman got can(n)ed.
Did he wrestle without pants on and have to have someone hold his cock n balls during the match so he wouldn't get arrested again? Krazy Sandman.
Nova Fired.
The word from inside WWE is that Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci has been released from his position in talent relations. Bucci was largely involved in WWE's developmental territories. Bucci was apparently called into a meeting today about his name being mentioned in the New York Daily News article as being a client of Signature Pharmacy.
Bucci, at this point, seems to be somewhat of the sacrificial lamb. His release may have come due to WWE viewing him as the most expendable of the wrestlers named in the recent articles from the NY Daily News and Sports Illustrated. Plus Bucci was a member of WWE management. WWE felt that with him being in an authority position, they had no choice but to release him. Bucci's dealings with Signature Pharmacy appear to have been when he was an active wrestlerand not in his management position. Interestingly enough, had he been an active wrestler instead of a member of management, he likely would have only been suspended and not released.
Anyone wonder why the only ones caught in this scandal are heels? Do the faces buy from a different pharmacy because of kayfabe?
Flair Gone.
Pro Wrestling Torch reported last evening that Ric Flair has given notice to WWE because he didn't like the way his character is being used and that the sides are still talking about patching things up and getting him back to work.
In doing a little digging I found that Flair gave notice a few weeks ago, before the growth enhancer scandal broke. Sources close to Flair told me that even though he knows he is near the end of his legendary career, he has grown tired of how the company has used him. Now, with all of the suspensions that the company has had to deal with, Flair's bargaining position has improved and WWE has offered him a bigger role. Part of the problem is that over the last month or so, Flair has been dealing with some personal issues involving his children. From what I have been told, that has had an effect on his overall mood.
WWE is doing everything that they can to get Flair back and is moving forward as if he will return. My hunch is that they will work this out. Flair has made a lot of money over his career but has spent a lot too and WWE is his best option to earn more at this point in his career.
Who will WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO they get to take beatings like a champ and help get the next hoss/unstoppable monster over now?
Test Fired.
Andrew "Test" Martin is already gone from TNA Wrestling. Martin was brought in last month and was immediately pushed into a top match at TNA's last PPV. The reason for his firing is his unreasonably muscular physique. At a time when TNA is being investigated by the United States Congress, Martin stuck out like a sore thumb and management was convinced he could not pass a drug test.
Test was told he could come back to the company when he loses considerable weight.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Terrible attitude with reputation made on potential shown years prior that he never lived up to: Test is the new Buff Bagwell.
Good job, you roided up talentless shitstain.
And maybe it's just my comic book reading, but The Punisher seems like a lame name for a wrestler to me. Might aswell call him Andrew "The Revenge Getter" Martin. Eugene Fired.
WWE.com wishes Eugene the best in future endeavors.
Someone got fired and it wasn't for a wellness policy violation. Ladies and gentlemen, say goodbye to EUGENE! So Eugene gets cremated by Mark Henry - and now he's gone.
No more retard rage.
No more flashback finishers or old school spots.
No more backwards "E". |

Has Sting (#19) done something or wrestle some fantastic matches at high school gyms I haven't heard about? Also what has Marcus Cor Von done to even crack #250 let alone be sitting pretty at #62? And whom does Carlito have compromising pictures of to get ranked #41? |

BOUND FOR GLORY CARD |
|
|
|
Here's the card for BfG according to Wikipedia:
* TNA World Heavyweight Championship: Kurt Angle © vs. Sting
* TNA X Division Championship: Jay Lethal © vs. Christopher Daniels
* TNA World Tag Team Championship: Team Pacman (Adam Jones and Ron Killings) © vs. Christian's Coalition (A.J. Styles and Tomko)
* Tables Match: Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) vs. The Steiner Brothers (Scott Steiner and Rick Steiner)
* Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe (w/Matt Morgan as Special Enforcer)
* 15 Man "Fight for the Right" Battle Royal
o Winner receives a future shot for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship
* 10 Girl Knockout Gauntlet Battle Royal for the TNA Women's Championship
* Ultimate X match: The Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez) vs. Triple X (Senshi and Elix Skipper)
The rules for the reverse battle royal are that wrestlers start outside the ring and battle to get into the ring. Once up to 10 wrestlers have gotten into the ring, they then go to traditional battle royal rules until 1 wrestler is left in the ring as the winner.
Another main event for Club 1997. The X matches should be good (although I dunno about Hernandez in Ultimate X), both tag matches and battle royals will be shit. Alex Shelley better win the stupid reverse battle royal and Christian/Joe should be an instant classic... ok it should be an above average match at least... I hope.
And why are they bothering with a woman's title? And where the hell are they finding 10 women?! The only women they employ are Gail Kim, Traci, Jacqueline, Christy Hemme, that New Age Outlaw bitch, that blonde interviewer, Karen Angle, So Cal Val and I think they have Jackie Gayda under contract. That's 9 in-house girls, and only 3 of them are good. I don't know about that NAO Voodoo Queen, so she might be ok and I know SCV wrestles but I dunno how well. You have Christy who's terrible and interviewer/Angle who both would be outwrestled by Jeff Jarrett's dead wife. |

"I just think I was kept down. They took the mic away from me. Jobbed me out to everybody and basically, Planet Stasiak, the entrance and stuff - I had this planned out in my mind. I had a very, very creative idea. Remember Jeff Jarrett used to come out with the flashing lights?…My idea was when Planet Stasiak was coming out to wrestle, the lights would flicker out and the crowd would be pitch black dark, you know….Then on the screen, you have like an animated version.. Like kind of cartoonish, but it flips back and forth between reality and cartoon. So it's just colorful and animated stuff…."
Shawn described how the Titantron would show an animated version of himself in a spaceship. The ship would fly to different planets and have a cartoon version of himself getting out. It could eventually go from animation to reality and have a live shot of the arena they're in from the UFO's point of view. This would lead to him appearing on the ramp from a beam of light. Stasiak's idea also included marketing ideas that the company could have made money on.
"The Planet Stasiak idea I had - we were just on two completely different pages. If they had put some energy and time behind this thing, this thing would have gotten over, especially with the kids. Because they like lights and I could have seen 20,000 shades on and them all blinking, you know?…It's colorful. It gets the crowd involved. Whether you like pro wrestling or you didn't, you would have like this entrance because it was so colorful and so theatric."
Stasiak felt the idea was never utilized properly. Instead, WWE turned him into a goofy character, rather than the true intent of his gimmick. Shawn explains why that was, according to Vince McMahon, and the original inspiration for the character itself.
He wanted to get over with... lighting?
"McMahon held me down! If only he would have given me a strobe light, I would have been OVER!" |

WWE talent will no longer be speaking with the media nor will they be making appearances for the next several weeks. This is exactly what they did when the Benoit family tragedy took place last June. Talent will still honor some of their scheduled appearances but those that are expected to be on radio shows or talking with newspapers will be pulled.
Yay part 2 of "the media won't interview us because they don't want to know the truth!!!111!" from Cena. |

The current plan in ECW has CM Punk holding the ECW World title until John Morrison comes back from his suspension, where he will get the belt back.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a pop and reaction like Punk got when he won the belt a good thing and wouldn't you want to keep the belt on a guy who's getting that kind of reaction? I mean dare I say they could make some actual money with Punk. |

BENOIT NEWS |
|
|

ABC News is confirming that tests conducted by Julian Bailes of the Sports Legacy Institute show that Chris Benoit’s brain was severely damaged at the time he murdered his wife and son before taking his own life. According to the tests his brain resembled that of an 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient. Bailes said that the damage was the result of lifetime chronic concussions and head trauma. Chris Benoit was famous for his flying headbutt, which is a lot of stress on the brain each time the maneuver is pulled off. While nothing can justify his actions, this at least helps the coping process.
And to think, if he had been Samoan this whole thing could have been avoided. |

NICK HOGAN INTERVIEW |
|
|
|
Nick recently told "Rides Magazine" that his yellow cars were "panty droppers" and apparently this awesome tidbit is included:
In my silver Viper, I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 [mph]and the guy let me off. He’s like, “Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.” Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 [mph]. Another highway patrol from the same county said, “I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.” Three minutes later, [I was] doing 123 [mph] in a 50 [mph zone]. The guy is like, “Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.”
Nick Hogan may be the most retarded person I've ever heard of. Ever. |

WWE SUSPENDS FOR WELLNESS VIOLATIONS |
|
|
|
Credit:
NY Daily News -/- Wrestling Observer
(Sports Illustrated has received information on the drugs and dates received by various WWE wrestlers, all of whom fall after the institution of the Wellness policy.
Based on these dates, the entire policy's credibility is shot in the sense there were detectable drugs purchased by talent through Internet doctors, a practice banned by the company's Wellness policy.
In addition, Ken Anderson (Mr. Kennedy) comes across like a complete fool because his last package was sent in February, one full year after he claimed to have gotten clean due to the Policy. Between October 2006 and February 2007, Anderson received Anastrozole (which is not a steroid, but used to counter affects of steroids such as development of female breast tissue), Somatropin (a Growth Hormone) and testosterone (an anabolic steroid).
Others listed in the article were:
Chris Benoit receiving Nandrolone and Anastrozole in February 2006.
Eddy Guerrero receiving Nandrolone, Testosterone and Anastrozole two weeks before his death.
Chavo Guerrero receiving many drugs, including Somatropin, Nandrolone and Anastrozole as late as May 2006.
Shane Helms receiveing testosterone, Genotropin (Growth Hormone) and Nandralone as late as February 2007.
Randy Orton receiving Somatropin, Nandrolone and Stanazolol as late as February 2007.
John Hennigan aka John Morrison getting Somatropin, Anastrozole, Testosterone, Stanazolol and HCG as late as February 2007.
Shoichi Funaki receiving Somatropin in March 2006.
Brian Adams received Nandrolone, Testosterone and Somatropin in December.
Charlie Haas received Anstrozole, Somatropin, Stanazolol, Nandrolone and HCG as late as January
Edward Fatu (Umaga) received Somatropin as late as December.
Darren Matthews (William Regal) recieved Stanozolol, Somatropin, Genotropin and Anastrozole as late as November.
Adam Copeland received Somatropin, Genotropin and Stanazolol as late as February. This must have included new evidence because government evidence on Copeland received by the Observer in May listed Copeland as not having received anything doctors were under investigation for in several years.
Sylvan Grenier received Somatropin, Nandrolone, Genotropin and Stanazolol as late as July 2006. Grenier has was fired by the company two weeks ago for unrelated reasons.
The company by the wording of its policy would be forced to suspend these wrestlers, aside from Benoit and Guerrero, because this would indicate flagrant violations of the policy after implementation.
The company suspended ten wrestlers, the same number as this list, two of whom, Helms and Copeland, are out indefinitely due to injuries.
Orton, Morrison, Matthews and Fatu were all key characters on television. Given the nature of the television as late as Tuesday, WWE could not have made the decision to suspend until Wednesday at the earliest, and most likely the decision was made this morning.
DA CHAMP IS CLEAN~!
LOL @ Kennedy - What's up with the "I only did steroids when I was on the indies.....even though there's no way in hell I could ever afford them making 25 dollars a night"?
And Umaga?! The only thing he could have been on was estrogen to give himself those supple Samoan mantits. I'm guessing they move Big Daddy V up to replace Orton as Cena's feud because the only thing he tests positive on is fried chicken & hot sauce and we all get to pretend it's Summerslam 95 again. And Tatanka, put down that that bottle of Four Roses and pay your phone bill, looks like you'll be getting a call. HI YI YI YA.
But really, if there ever was a time to pull the trigger on CM Punk, now's that time. In lieu of all this bullshit lately, you'd think they'd want him in place as one of their standard bearers. And that said, normally, with Morrison named as one of the policy violators, you'd think that Punk would FINALLY get the ECW belt, but you just watch, they'll somehow segue it onto someone like Viscera or Miz by next week.
Pretty much every storyline they have going is dead.
- Orton v. Cena - Dead
- WGTT v. Cody Rhodes - Down one member
- Booker v. Lawler/HHH - Dead
- Helms v. Umm...
- Morrison v. Punk - Dead
- Regal as GM - Dead
- KENNEDY~! as Vince's son - Postponed further then ever necessary
Is there a storyarc left? Although, you have to keep in mind that these are only the people who were caught and names became public because of the nature of the scandal and the investigation, and who were only punished due to timing. These are just the guys 'unlucky' enough to have been exposed like this. |

SUNNY LOSES WEIGHT |

She's now probably about an 8 or 8.5 on the Sunny scale, I'd hit it... who am I kidding, I would've hit it when she was at 2.5. Probably would've been an easier task to accomplish then too when she was a coked out whore that got ass fucked for crack. But she's still left with FORMERFATGIRLBOOBZ~! |

NICK IN CAR ACCIDENT |

CNN
(CNN) -- A high-speed car accident in Florida has left the teenage son of wrestling star Hulk Hogan seriously injured and a companion in critical condition late Sunday, police said.
TV footage shows a person injured in Nick Hogan's car crash being treated in an ambulance.
Nick Bollea, 17, was the driver of a Toyota Supra that went out of control while driving at a "high rate of speed" about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, said Wayne Shelor, a spokesman for the Clearwater police in Clearwater, Florida.
The car "inexplicably left the roadway," jumped across a raised median and slammed into a palm tree just east of downtown, Shelor said.
"It destroyed the car," he said.
Firefighters had to extract Bollea and his passenger, whose identity was not immediately released, from the wreckage. Both were flown to a hospital in nearby St. Petersburg, Florida, Shelor said.
"They're both down there. Nick's father is down there," he said.
(CNN.com video of Hulk Hogan on the scene with the mangled car)
Hulk Hogan, one of the top professional wrestlers of the 1980s and 1990s, is now featured in the VH1 reality show "Hogan Knows Best." His son, wife Linda and daughter Brooke regularly appear on the show.
One episode documented the son's interest in a type of high-speed car racing known as "drifting."
Shelor said there was no evidence of drag racing or "drifting" in Sunday's wreck.
Police said Bollea -- known to viewers as "Nick Hogan" -- was not as seriously hurt as his passenger, who was listed as critical.
Shelor said the wreck forced police to shut down mile-long Court Street, the main east-west road through central Clearwater, as they investigated the accident.
"I will have this road closed for a minimum of four hours," he said. "It was a spectacular wreck."
WHATCHAGONNADOOOOOOOOOOOO WHEN THE SUPRA FLIPS ON YOUUUUUUUUUUU~! Nasty Nick should've Hulked up~!
I heard steroids were found at the scene aswell as crossface chicken wings, tap water and a bible inside the glovebox. And VH1 is going to replace Nick with a different actor and pretend like nothing happened. And then introduce a "Brooke Hogan analy raped by fake brother" storyline. Oh well, his driving career is still better than Brooke's singing career. The guy always driving fast cars, working on cars, and professionally drift racing got in a high speed car accident? WHO COULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING!? Just hope Austin isn't hiding in the back...actually seeing him beat up Hogan's little shithead would be kinda funny.
Hulk Hogan may totally be screwed over this. It appears that the passenger may have permanent brain damage due to the accident and being that Nick is only 17, Hogan will be held legally responsible for his son's actions and maybe taken to the cleaners. I just wish courts would grow up with that shit. I don't like Hulk Hogan in the least but he shouldn't have everything he's earned taken away from him. Yeah, he has a tard son, but that other couple have a tard son that loved hanging out and looking cool in the sexy car. So if he's a few months older everything is fine but since he's still 17 Hulk could get fucked? That's ridiculous. Horrible things happen sometimes, I couldn't bring a suit like that and look the defendants in the face. Medical bills and rehab? I can be okay with that given the financial circumstances. Pain and suffering? Get the fuck over it. |
