Success for Telecentre Team at Stannah Stairlifts

Sue Nicholson, Telecentre Manager and her customer service team are all celebrating their success in achieving their NVQs in Call Handling. As their National Sales manger presented them with their OCR certificates he said, Training Alternatives have provided us with excellent training which has improved our sales figures over the last six months.

Sue and her team should feel justifiably proud of their achievements. Sue is one of the very first people in the country to achieve NVQ level 4 in Managing Call Handling Operations. Working closely with Training Alternatives Sue feels that the training and assessment programme have provided her with a motivational training tool that she will continue to use in the future. Sarah Allen the call centre supervisor said, with the support and training from Training Alternatives we have introduced a highly effective call monitoring and feedback system. Team members enjoy me listening in to their calls and this has been an excellent way of sharing good practice. Jo Brady, the team leader said, Chris encouraged me to be much more positive in my outgoing calls. The weekend training course gave us practical ways to overcome customer objections. The training was both motivational and fun.

Finally, everyone in the team feels much more confident about their own skills and abilities and can't wait to continue with the future training.
