Great tune by Da King Of Grime and a good inspiration to the East End. One of Dizzee's best songs and also one of his first songs that isn't even Grime since he slowed down on this one and made a song, not rapping fast on a techno beat. The beats are still good and fresh, however. The music video is also sweet and one of the craziest ones I've seen. I also like the piano mixed in with the rap, it sounds so wrong, but it actuality works. The lady on the piano ownz, even if she does look like she's going to commit suicide at the end.
Say what you want about Dizzee, but at least he's original since most rap videos are weak, with no real meaning. Dizzee has such a unique style that he stands out from the pack and that's why he's so great, he talks about his career and youth culture surrounding the London suburbs and the happy talk sample is pure genius. And If you listen to the whole song, Dizzee sends a message to all the kids out there and that's not a message about bad things like crime and guns etc. it's a message about ambition and keeping to school work etc. So I do think he cares about kids growing up wanting to be something and not turning to drugs and guns and crime. Only thing I would've changed about the song was that I wouldn't have let him sing the chorus.
